NELĖ SAVIČENKO

Born in 1957 in Vilnius.  1975-1980 studied acting under Povilas Gaidys in Lithuanian Coservatoire at a Faculty of Klaipeda. From 1980 Nele is an actress of Klaipeda State Drama Theatre. She is a laureate of two Golden Scene Cross awards, in 2009 awarded by the Lithuanian Government. Nele Savicenko has created several roles in the productions directed by Oskaras Korsunovas: Mother and Abbot in The Road To Damascus after A.Strinberg in 2007, Gertrude in Hamlet after W.Shakespeare in 2008 and Kvashnya in The Lower Dephts after M.Gorky in 2009.
